CHIGI44® MODULAR can be used for the design of new treatment systems and for solar and/or wind powered oxygenation systems. It is suitable for all parts of the world where sources of power are scarce and difficult to reach, for zones where surfaces ice over in winter and impede correct oxygenation, or for zones where the system used must be totally eco-friendly.
CHIGI44® is particularly suitable for fish farming, including in the open sea, not only because of its efficiency and low cost but also because it makes no noise thus does not disturb fish in the way that mechanical systems do.
CHIGI44® MODULAR is designed to be used freely at the bottom of the tank, without needing to be anchored. This configuration allows the necessary modules to be positioned to requirements. Since modules can be moved around easily, the layout and numerical density of the modules on the tank bottom can be varied.
Since CHIGI44® MODULAR modules are mobile, any module needing maintenance can be removed, cleaned and put back into service within a few minutes, with no need to interrupt the working cycle, with obvious benefits for the plant’s performance.
CHIGI44® MODULAR can be used for oxygenation in the open sea, for cages over 20 metres deep, providing excellent oxygenation with very low consumption levels.
